Private sessions are an incredible way to gain deeper understanding of your body and how you can use yoga asanas and breathing techniques for optimum benefit. Many people are nervous of jumping into group classes and private sessions can either stand alone or serve as a bridge to group classes offering detailed and individual attention and expertise.
